Dying Quasar is a 21 year old artist from Russia, however, his young age should not be the marking his experience in any possible way. His work is absolutely stunning, with perfection down to details. Unlike many other new artists, Quasar prefers to keep his work traditional, and utlizes the powers of the pencil.
