Acacia Johnson is quite a talented and remarkable photographer. Hailing from Alaska, her photographs are quite the reflection of the place she dwells in – exploring the eerie, silent yet lovely looking landscapes of the Far North in Alaska, Scandinavia, Iceland and beyond.
Currently, Acacia is on a Fulbright grant in Canada, pursuing a project about the mythic winter landscape of Baffin Island in affiliation with the Ontario College of Art and Design University.
